Nomios, backed by Keensight Capital, acquired Orbcom, a Portuguese cybersecurity services provider generating €15 million in annual revenue with 80 professionals, completed in September 2026. The deal gives Nomios its first Iberian presence and access to Orbcom's Diamond Innovator Partner status with Palo Alto Networks—the highest certification available in Portugal—along with specializations in PRISMA SASE, Cortex XDR, Cortex XSOAR, and partnerships with Netskope, Arista, and Infoblox. Orbcom CEO Hélder Costa continues as Portugal MD with equity stakes for him and select management, preserving the "Orbcom by Nomios" brand. This is Nomios's tenth European country, expanding its footprint to 36+ offices as part of a pan-European consolidation strategy targeting certified cybersecurity services specialists with strong vendor relationships in underpenetrated geographies.

CyberPWN, an Indian cybersecurity partner, was named Proofpoint's Partner of the Year for the APJ region at the 2026 Global Partner Awards, marking the second consecutive year of recognition. The award recognizes CyberPWN's work with Proofpoint in addressing evolving security challenges in AI environments. Other APJ regional winners included The Missing Link (Fastest Growing Partner), Logicalis Singapore (New Partner of the Year), NTT (GSI Partner of the Year), and TechMatrix (Distributor of the Year). According to Proofpoint executives, the partner ecosystem is critical to the vendor's expansion strategy in APAC, particularly as organizations adopt AI and require partners with local expertise to manage new security and governance challenges around AI agents and data protection.
