Binghamton housing funding push
Binghamton is going after state money for downtown housing.
City leaders are calling on New York to bankroll a $31 million affordable housing project that would deliver 65 new units in the downtown core, using tax credits and other subsidies to make the numbers work [Quelle: Press Connects].
